Let's Talk Resumes.

Something great about doing live theatre is it's very easy to build your resume. At this point in my life (23 and still in college) because since I'm not in a full-time theatre job, I pick up small jobs that can range from a few weeks to just a couple hours for one day. When this semester is over, I'll have added a combined 11 new items to my resumes (I have a tech resume and an acting resume). 
Just. This. Semester.
4 of these 11 items are month long jobs and some are just for a day.
Moral of the story is: take advantage of the opportunities you're given. Because even if you don't sleep, you'll have one hell of a resume when you graduate.

Happy Leap Day! More importantly, happy day after Leo FINALLY wins an oscar. After 23 years of being nominated (his first nomination was for What's Eating Gilbert Grape in 1993), he finally won for Best Actor in the movie Revenant. Something that was also exciting this weekend was we opened our show on friday. We had a great sized audience and even taught a small child their first curse word. So in honor of the opening, here's some pictures from the beginning to the end of the design process.
